We saw the MERCEDES come around.

It moved like a shark on its ground,

Glittery, forceful in benign beauty;

Balanced on its wheels and worthy.

 

Our routes held haughty parties

Very vauntful of collectors' pieces;

Automotive metal mined and moulded,

Predestined for mobility of the learned.

 

It could have been the train of tarmac

But MERCEDES meant it shorter, smarter.

We were in love for the umpteenth time,

Prepared to mirror luxury in its drive.
