None of the world powers has handled with equanimity the ferocity of trade and exchange rate imbalances from global commerce better than THE RUSSIAN STATE. Eastern European geo-cultural porosity owing to SOVIET-ERA concessions has been RUSSIA's greatest challenge since USSR's disintegration.

Yes, VALUES DIE HARD but whose right is it to so consider another at the world stage where EACH CULTURE is self-justified? This has been the war not only of RUSSIA but also of CSE.

Cross-border human decimation is inexcusable. Humans must live with respect for one another's socio-political frontiers. Thus are sovereignty and legitimacy fortified for all persons.
